Blue Beauty
This is an indeterminate beef steak type tomato. It’s become one of our favorites. Medium to large Blue fruits with pink flesh and dark blue coloring that remains mostly on the top when ripe. The shelf life for this variety is superb. Great for slicing and excellent flavor.
