We dehydrate the fermented chili mash which is a bi product of our hot sauce.  Then combine it 2 to 1 with our kosher salt.  Add a nice fermented spicy flavor to any dish.  We use it on just about every thing.  Especially breakfast eggs & avacodo toast.
