 This is a perfect blend of our homegrown cayenne peppers fermented for a minimum of 3 weeks.  Then carefuly blended with organic granulated garlic, distilled water, distilled white vinegar to the perfect consistancy and flavor.  We carfully manage the PH level to so we don't have to pasteurize it also keeps it probiotic.
